Margaret wants to see her incoming email. She browse at messenger.agilefusion.com and login to the system. Messenger loads her inbox folder and displays a list of emails.
In order to choose the first letter to respond, Margaret scans a list of new messages. Part of the email body is visible to the user, there’s no need to open all emails.
