Jenny works in a large company, which is producing Super Test items. She is responsible for handling incoming email. Jenny periodically checks the email and responds to incoming requests from buyers.

She chose a email from the Inbox, in which the user is interested in the status of his order. He writes that he paid for the item and asked when he would be able to get it.

In the first place Jenny decides to see the current status of the transaction.
