Barnes and Noble just announced a new Nook, a great new eInk eReader.

AgileFusion has developed a Home screen for B&N to take advantage of crisp display, present user with all the information reader would need.

B&N released 1.2 version for a popular Nook Color device.

AgileFusion is proud to be part of this release, we have worked with Barnes and Noble to bring the great new features and apps.

In this version we significantly improved the overall size of the application, added app2sd feature, integration with facebook SDK and improvements for Samsung Galaxy Tab.

Customizing our own slices of the world is often a huge part of enjoying new

technologies. Barnes & Noble’s Nook Color has heeded this call from users and Agile

Fusion has developed an interactive experience on the eReader’s home screen that

offers myriad options for customization. We have taken the specific needs of the

Nook Color user into consideration at every turn and have created a home screen

that is at once accessible and user friendly enough for the casual user, while multi-

dimensional enough to keep the tech geek engaged.

The Nook Color user is looking for a way to keep current and keep organized. Most

often used as a supplement to his or her other devices, the Nook Color offers users

a place to relax and enjoy the books and periodicals that signal a time to unwind.

Keeping this in mind, Agile Fusion has created a home screen that offers an easy way

to see recommendations from friends, access the LendMe feature, check out library

items, and keep tabs on issues of newspapers and magazines. Rounded out by a

fun feature for changing wallpaper that includes adding the user’s own photos, the

home screen is as utilitarian as it is immersive.
