Q. How do I start using Agile Fusion Messenger service?
Recommend you to look at corresponding Products section to view brief description of our service.
There are two simple steps to start using Messenger service:
- You must go to the service website and create an account. After that you will be redirected to the eBay website to complete registration process. After registration on our website you will receive automated email with your username and password.

Once you are redirected to the eBay website you will need to sign-in and confirm that you allow to link your eBay account with Agile Fusion. After confirmation you will soon receive second email that your account was activated.
As soon as you receive an automated email that your account was activated you will be able to login at Messenger website and start to enjoy our service.
Q. How to Report Problems and Provide Feedback?
Only registered members are allowed to leave feedback and report problems in our Forum. Self registration process is truly simple you will need to enter your username and email. Your password will be automatically emailed to you. Some special forums are hidden from guests and allowed for registered members only.
